RAQUEL CHAVEZ    CREATIVE DIRECTOR / ART DIRECTOR    ABOUT    WORK
Before J Balvin filled arenas and became one of the most importan latin singers around the world, he drove a Golf Volkswagen named Rayo, a small car that carried a huge dream.

Rayo wasn’t just a car. It was his first stage, his studio on wheels, his constant companion through early gigs across Medellín. Now, in partnership with Volkswagen and J Balvin’s Vibra en Alta Foundation, that same spirit is fueling the next generation of Latin talent. Together, they launched a platform to spotlight three rising artist: Cami Sanabria, Vibarco, and Samur. Giving them resources, music videos, and storytelling tools to amplify their voices. The car that started one dream is now driving the future of Latin music.
